Education: I graduated from Trezevant High School in 1977 (now West Carroll Special School District). I earned my Associates Degree in Business from Jackson State Community College in 1986, where I took night classes while working at Citizens Bank & Trust during the day.

Q: Tell us a little bit about your role.
I started out in bookkeeping, which has always been my niche, but I also worked as a teller and wherever else I have been needed.

Q: What do you enjoy most about working at CBT?
I love my bank family and the many long-time customers. Each one has a special place in my heart.

Q: What is the most rewarding part of working at a community bank?
Helping our customers in the good times and the bad times.

Q: I understand you’ve been with Citizens for 45 years. How has it evolved since your career began?
The major change has been the computers we have upgraded to over the years. Of course, there are also always new banking rules and regulations to keep up with.

Q: What are some of your hobbies? What do you do in your free time?
I have two Australian Shepherds – Hannah is eight and Rhett is seven. There is nothing like their unconditional love!
