Kevin Herrington
Chairman, CEO
With more than 20 years of banking experience, Kevin Herrington serves as President and CEO of Lineage Bank. He thoroughly enjoys the personal connections made possible by community banking as they allow him to develop close relationships with his customers and the opportunity to give back to the communities he serves. He is a graduate of Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and he currently serves on the board of the Bridges Domestic Violence Shelter and the PaymentsFirst Payments Association.
Charles Johnson
West Tennessee Market President
Charles is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking as well as The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. He resides in Medina, TN where he is involved in many civic affairs.
Richard Herrington
Director
Serving as Chairman and CEO of Lineage Financial Network, Richard Herrington is a veteran Williamson County banker with more than 40 years of experience. Herrington holds a B.A. in Economics from Newberry College in Newberry, South Carolina and an M.A. in Economics from Florida State University. Herrington serves on the Newberry College Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors at Williamson Medical Center Foundation, and the Board of Directors of Leadership Franklin. He was appointed as the 2018 Board Chairman of Williamson Inc. and President of the Williamson County Sports Authority. Past Board service includes Battle Ground Academy, Columbia State Community Foundation, Franklin Tomorrow and Franklin First United Methodist Foundation.
Rolando Toyos
Director
Rolando Toyos serves as a Board Member for Lineage Bank. Dr. Toyos is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and specializes in Cataract Surgery, LASIK, Glaucoma, and Dry Eye. He volunteers his time to Eye Care America, a national program that provides eye care to the poor. The clinic has completed mission trips to Nicaragua, Honduras, Columbia and Haiti. He has also been a board member of Ballet Memphis and the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum.

Director
Jimbo graduated from Atwood High School, University of Tennessee at Martin, with a degree in political science, and received a law degree from the University of Memphis. From 1980 to 2000, Mr. Webb served as legal counsel for the bank. He currently serves as Assistant District Attorney for Carroll County.
Cynthia Whitfield
Director
Whitfield-Story began her career at Allstate in 1981 and remained at the organization until 2020. During that time, she served as Senior Field VP, Director of Risk Management, Regional Education Manager, and held many other titles over the four decades with the company. Whitfield-Story graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Business Administration and received her master’s degree in Management and Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She currently serves as the board chair-elect at the YMCA of Nashville and Middle Tennessee, as a board member for FiftyForward, and is a graduate of Leadership Nashville.
