Charles Johnson
West Tennessee Market President

Johnson is a veteran Tennessee Banker with over 43 years of banking experience. His last position was as Vice President for Consumer, Commercial and Real Estate Lending for Centennial Bank, Medina, serving on its board until 2015 when the bank was acquired.
Charles is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking as well as The Southeastern School of Advanced Commercial Lending. He resides in Medina, TN where he is involved in many civic affairs.

Carl Haynes
President

Carl Haynes is a veteran in the banking industry, with over 20 years of experience serving communities in Williamson County. Haynes joined Lineage in 2021 as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. He leads a team of local bankers with careers built on banking the residents of Middle Tennessee. Prior to joining Lineage, Carl held the position of Business & Commercial Banker for First Bank, formerly Franklin Synergy Bank. Haynes is a Nashville native and graduated from Belmont University in 2001 with a BBA in Finance.

Board Members

James B Webb

James “Jimbo” Webb was born and raised in Atwood, TN. His family started doing business with Citizens Bank and Trust in the 1940s.
Jimbo graduated from Atwood High School, University of Tennessee at Martin, with a degree in political science, and received a law degree from the University of Memphis. From 1980 to 2000, Mr. Webb served as legal counsel for the bank. He currently serves as Assistant District Attorney for Carroll County.

Rolando Toyos

Rolando Toyos serves as a Board Member for Lineage Bank. Dr. Toyos is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and specializes in Cataract Surgery, LASIK, Glaucoma, and Dry Eye. He volunteers his time to Eye Care America, a national program that provides eye care to the poor. The clinic has completed mission trips to Nicaragua, Honduras, Columbia and Haiti. He has also been a board member of Ballet Memphis and the Memphis Rock & Soul Museum.

Paul Moore

In 1976, Moore began his career as a bookkeeper at Citizens Bank & Trust, a bank owned by his family since 1927. He later moved on to a teller position and advanced to CEO of the bank in 1990. He served in that role for 30 years and retired in 2020.

Jeff Hausman

Hausman is Partner-Emeritus and the former Co-Chief Executive Officer of Puryear & Noonan in Nashville. In 1984, he relocated to Nashville and began serving as the Vice President and Controller for Transatlantic Exploration, LTD. In 1987, Mr. Hausman joined the public accounting firm, Puryear, Hamilton, Hausman & Wood, PLC in Franklin, later becoming President and Member in Charge of Audit and Management Advisory Services. Mr. Hausman has significant experience overseeing audits in the government, healthcare, non-profit, and financial sectors and is a Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee, Texas, and Georgia. Mr. Hausman holds a degree in business administration with concentrations in accounting and finance from the University of Notre Dame.
